Dealing with increase in website traffic - round robin DNS on two web servers ?

What should I do about my site getting busier ?

It's good news that it is getting busier but it's starting to slow down every now and again.

For reliability and speed performance improvements should I use round robin DNS on two web servers ?

You could look at putting nginx on the server and putting static content under another webserver configuring nginx to serve all but dynamic content from the other server, these could be on the same box, eg apache and lighttpd on different ports with nginx on port 80 proxying to the correct webservice based on the request.
