Gigabit unmanaged rackmount switch recommendation for server LAN switch

Can anyone point me at a low cost (unmanaged) but high performance rackmountable switch to create a private LAN behind a few servers ?

I've looked a Dell but don't think they're great.

I've found these Gigabit Cisco switches to to be okay for the money. I much prefer a managed switch though - more tunable.
