Where can I get a server rackmount kit that fits most hardware ?

I need to rackmount a few servers of different lengths.

These guys sell universal rackmounting kits and you can adjust the length of the mounting points for most racks so that they rackmount most servers (although the server just sites on the rackmount kit and doesn't screw into it).
