I am planning a Facebook application (i.e. an externally hosted web app that will
be
embedded within the Facebook social networking platform).
I'm looking at hosting the app, at least initially, on Google App Engine, which
would
mean probably writing it in either Java or Python.
Does anyone have any experience of doing similar and if so, would you recommend one
or
other language as being better for Facebook integration?
Alternately, can anyone recommend a better approach / coding language / app hosting
solution to use for this? e.g. PHP?
