Very secure PHP ad software for counting page impressions

I'm looking for a PHP script that's secure and easy to run some banners on a site.

Any recommendations ? A small one-time fee or free would be ideal.

To keep the code off your servers I'd suggest using a hosted service like: http://www.adspeed.com

I haven't used them but it looks a pretty comprehensive CDN-serving network.
