REWARD: Custom cable for Sun Netra X1 and Xylogics terminal server

I need the exact pinouts for both ends of a cable so that I can make up a custom RJ45 cable (RJ45 at both ends) for a Netra X1's LOM port and an ancient Xylogics terminal server. The Xylogics box is an Annex XL (badged as Bay Networks).
