Solaris 10 compile problem for Postfix build from source

I'm trying to build Postfix from source on Solaris 10 using:

make makefiles CC=/opt/SUNWspro/bin/cc

from: http://www.postfix.org/INSTALL.html

but I get a whole lot of (very) nasty errors. Any one seen this before ?

Perhaps it's:

1) Missing header files

2) Old version of GCC

3) Missing Libraries
