Can anyone tell me which application to disable to stop this please ?

Apparently there are a couple of ways you should be able to find this out:

1) Run netstat -b and hopefully it'll tell you the process name.

2) Run netstat -ao which should give the process ID to cross ref against task manager.

Hopefully that might give you a clue as to what's causing this. Can't find an app which uses this port by default searching through Google however.
