Does the mail get delivered to the secondary and then forwarded to the primary when it comes back up ? Or does the client keep trying the secondary without actually delivering the mail until the secondary says "okay the primary is back up now you can mail it instead of me" ? Thanks.

KiloKiki's response: Perfectly clear now, thanks.
Under the setting SkipUserAgents="" I need to exclude Google and other spiders and robots. Any examples of a good regex list ? I'm not even sure if I need a regular expression really.

I am a drop out second year engineering student. I am doing following courses: DBA-Oracle10g, Red hat linux, Cloud Computing Folks, I needed a guidance as to how can i relate the three technologies to sum up a nice final year project and and make my career accordingly. :)
Asked in: Linux-Servers  (2 answers)
KiloKiki's response: Why not and set up a web site in Amazon's cloud ? On an EC2 server you could run Redhat for serving web pages with an Oracle database running the site from a remote location: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/cloud/faq-098970.html

KiloKiki's response: This might help. You could start by building the commands inside a chrooted environment. A chroot just locks everything else out and you have to explicitly allow commands to be run (with your C program). https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BasicChroot http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/current/doc/chroot-login-howto.html

I know a tiny bit of PHP and would like to run a forum. I don't want to get hacked. What are people's experiences of forum packages like PHPBB etc ? Thanks for your help.

KiloKiki's response: Thanks. If I make changes to some of the PHPBB code to customise it, when I upgrade it, surely it will break badly.
Is there a way of backing up with a script and not using a GUI to Amazon's S3 ? I can use S3Fox manually.
