Please remember that Server Circle is not responsible for any messages posted under any and all circumstances. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Server Circle. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email and also click 'Report Abuse'. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

Deleting and Editing Messages and Account Suspension or Account Removal

The higher the quality of the content posted to Server Circle, the greater the usefulness of the site as a technical resource. With this in mind we reserve the right to delete or edit any message of any nature for any reason and to also ban or suspend any visitors or users that we see fit, without explanation.

Messages are typically edited or deleted as a result of the following:

Profanity in subject lines or signatures, or profanity within messages

Flaming other members with the apparent intent of inciting or perpetuating a conflict or argument
Bombing individual threads with repetitive, pointless posts
Posting personal e-mail or chat dialogues
Posting pornographic or otherwise objectionable material
Impersonating other individuals or false representation
Discussion of illegal activity, or posting links to other websites that deal with such activities
Discussion of ad blocking software: Server Circle relies on ads to keep the site free
Posts made under secondary usernames or other aliases
Posts which are unrelated to Servers
Excessive cross-posting (this is considered spam)
Breaching another member's privacy, i.e. with phone numbers, addresses or other personal information
Copyright violations

You agree, through your use of Server Circle that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree, through your use of Server Circle, not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or us.

You agree, through your use of Server Circle, not to post advertising of any kind in the whether you are a private party or company. The only exceptions to this policy are granted for current Server Circle advertisers.

You understand that any software that you download from the Server Circle site holds no warranty whatsoever and cannot be guaranteed to be free from viruses, malware or other harmful bugs and therefore Server Circle cannot take any responsibility for any damages of any nature caused by such usage of the site or downloads from the site and therefore by downloading any software from Server Circle you waive Server Circle for any liability for damages which may arise directly or indirectly from downloading the software.
